Maple Pecan Granola Butter Twists

Here's what you'll need:

๐Ÿ‚ 2 sheets puff pastry, chilled

๐Ÿ‚ย ยฝ cup brown sugar

๐Ÿ‚ย 2 ยฝ tbsp butter, melted

๐Ÿ‚ย 3 tbsp maple syrup, plus more for glazing

๐Ÿ‚ย 1 cup pecans, roughly chopped

๐Ÿ‚ย ~ยฝ cup Vanilla Granola Butterยฎ (Original or Pumpkin Spice would also be amazing in this!!

Here's what you'll do:

๐Ÿ‚ย Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.

๐Ÿ‚ย Prepare the filling by combining the chopped pecans, brown sugar, butter, and maple syrup in a bowl. Stir until it forms a paste and set aside.

๐Ÿ‚ย To assemble the twists, dust the working area with flour, then roll out the puff pastry sheets.

๐Ÿ‚ย Divide the puff pastry sheets into 4 pieces.

๐Ÿ‚ย Make diagonal cuts, roughly ยฝโ€ apart from each other, on opposite sides of the puff pastry.

๐Ÿ‚ย Spread ~1.5 tsp ofย theย Vanillaย Granola Butterยฎ in the middle of each piece. Then, add roughly 1 tbsp of the maple pecan filling on top of the Vanillaย Granola Butterยฎ to each.

๐Ÿ‚ย Fold the cut edges alternately, overlapping each other to create a braided pastry design. Tuck in both ends of the puff pastry. Transfer the pastries to the prepared baking sheet.

๐Ÿ‚ย Brush the pastries with maple syrup, then sprinkle more chopped pecans on top.

๐Ÿ‚ย Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!!
