Maple Pecan Granola Butter Twists

Here's what you'll need:
๐ 2 sheets puff pastry, chilled
๐ย ยฝ cup brown sugar
๐ย 2 ยฝ tbsp butter, melted
๐ย 3 tbsp maple syrup, plus more for glazing
๐ย 1 cup pecans, roughly chopped
๐ย ~ยฝ cup Vanilla Granola Butterยฎ (Original or Pumpkin Spice would also be amazing in this!!

Here's what you'll do:
๐ย Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
๐ย Prepare the filling by combining the chopped pecans, brown sugar, butter, and maple syrup in a bowl. Stir until it forms a paste and set aside.
๐ย To assemble the twists, dust the working area with flour, then roll out the puff pastry sheets.
๐ย Divide the puff pastry sheets into 4 pieces.
๐ย Make diagonal cuts, roughly ยฝโ apart from each other, on opposite sides of the puff pastry.
๐ย Spread ~1.5 tsp ofย theย Vanillaย Granola Butterยฎ in the middle of each piece. Then, add roughly 1 tbsp of the maple pecan filling on top of the Vanillaย Granola Butterยฎ to each.
๐ย Fold the cut edges alternately, overlapping each other to create a braided pastry design. Tuck in both ends of the puff pastry. Transfer the pastries to the prepared baking sheet.
๐ย Brush the pastries with maple syrup, then sprinkle more chopped pecans on top.
๐ย Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!!
