Mini Gluten Free Cookie Dough Loaves✨

Little loaves of cookie dough goodness. 🍞🍪

Ingredients

  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 1/2 cup gluten-free or regular white flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • ¼ cup Oat Haus Cookie Dough Granola Butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • Handful of chocolate chips (measure with your heart)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp coco oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 f and grease your mini loaf pan.
  2. Combine the flour, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl.
  3. In a smaller bowl, whisk the egg, sugar, vanilla extract, Granola Butter and coconut oil.
  4. Slowly pour all wet mixture to dry. Add in chocolate chips. 
  5. Using a cookie scoop, add the mixture to your greased mini loaf pan and top with more chocolate chips. 
  6. Bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
