Mini Gluten Free Cookie Dough Loaves✨
Little loaves of cookie dough goodness. 🍞🍪

Ingredients
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp milk
- 1 1/2 cup gluten-free or regular white flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- ¼ cup Oat Haus Cookie Dough Granola Butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- Handful of chocolate chips (measure with your heart)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp coco oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 f and grease your mini loaf pan.
- Combine the flour, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl.
- In a smaller bowl, whisk the egg, sugar, vanilla extract, Granola Butter and coconut oil.
- Slowly pour all wet mixture to dry. Add in chocolate chips.
- Using a cookie scoop, add the mixture to your greased mini loaf pan and top with more chocolate chips.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
