Mini Gluten-Free Vanilla Mug Cake

A cute little cake recipe just for you. ☺️

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp oat flour
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp Oat Haus Vanilla Cookie Granola Butter
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • Mini chocolate chips

Instructions 

  1. Start by greasing a mini mug or ramekin.
  2. In the ramekin, add all wet ingredients and chocolate chips (everything except the flour and baking powder) and stir gently.
  3. Add the flour and baking powder and stir just until combined. Top with more chocolate chips. Do not over stir.
  4. Place in the microwave for 60-90 seconds, stopping every 30 seconds to check on it.
  5. Enjoy immediately as consistency may harden the longer it sits.
