Mini Gluten-Free Vanilla Mug Cake
A cute little cake recipe just for you. ☺️

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp oat flour
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp Oat Haus Vanilla Cookie Granola Butter
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- Splash of vanilla extract
- Mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Start by greasing a mini mug or ramekin.
- In the ramekin, add all wet ingredients and chocolate chips (everything except the flour and baking powder) and stir gently.
- Add the flour and baking powder and stir just until combined. Top with more chocolate chips. Do not over stir.
- Place in the microwave for 60-90 seconds, stopping every 30 seconds to check on it.
- Enjoy immediately as consistency may harden the longer it sits.
