Protein Raspberry Chocolate Mousse (High Protein, Vegan, Gluten-Free)

Looking for ways to eat our BRAND NEW Vanilla Protein Granola Butter®?! Try this Raspberry Chocolate Mousse 😋😋

Here's what you'll need:

🤎 3 tbsp Vanilla Protein Granola Butter®

🤎 ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

🤎 ¼ cup maple syrup

🤎 2 ripe avocados (if using tiny ones, use 3-4)

🤎 ¼ cup coconut milk

🤎 1 tsp vanilla extract

🤎 Pinch of salt

🤎 1 small container raspberries

🤎 Optional toppings: coconut yogurt and chocolate chunks


Here's what you'll do:

🤎 Start by cutting the avocados in half and removing the pits using a spoon. Scoop the avocado into a food processor or blender.

🤎 Add the rest of the ingredients into the food processor/blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides 1-2 times to ensure everything is blending well.

🤎 Taste as you go and add more sweetener if needed to reach your desired taste.

🤎 Divide the mousse into 3-4 small cups with raspberries in the middle and store in the fridge for up to 2 days. Once ready to be eaten, garnish with coconut or greek yogurt, more Vanilla Protein Granola Butter®, and chocolate chunks!!!
