Protein "Snickers" Rice Cakes (High Protein, Vegan, Gluten-Free)
Need a quick, blood-sugar balanced snack before you hit the gym? Try these SNICKERS RICE CAKES !!! 💥💥
Here's what you'll need:
⚡️ 2 rice cakes
⚡️ 2-3 tbsp Vanilla Protein Granola Butter®
⚡️ 1-2 tbsp chocolate chips + splash of coconut oil (melt in microwave)
⚡️ Crushed peanuts
Here's what you'll do:
⚡️ Add a big spoonful of Vanilla Protein Granola Butter® on top of each rice cake and smear it evenly.
⚡️ Gently drizzle the melted chocolate on top of the Vanilla Protein Granola Butter®.
⚡️ Top with crushed peanuts.
⚡️ Freeze for 5 minutes and enjoy!
