Quick & Easy Dessert: Chocolate Covered Cherry Froyo (GF, Nut-Free)

Here's what you'll need:

๐Ÿ’ 1 cup cherry greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt)

๐Ÿ’ ยผ cup chocolate chips

๐Ÿ’ 1 tsp coconut oil

๐Ÿ’ 2 tbsp Chocolate Birthday Cake Granola Butterยฎ

๐Ÿ’ Rainbow sprinkles, for topping

Here's what you'll do:

๐Ÿ’ In a small bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together at 15-second intervals in the microwave, mixing in between each increment until smooth.

๐Ÿ’ Place your yogurt in a small bowl.

๐Ÿ’ First, top and spread theย Granola Butter ยฎย over the surface.

๐Ÿ’ Then, pour the melted chocolate on top, and spread to ensure that it is fully covering the GB.

๐Ÿ’ Top with rainbow sprinkles if desired.

๐Ÿ’ Place in the freezer for at least 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden. If you want the yogurt to be more frozen, leave it in the freezer for at least 1 hour.

๐Ÿ’ Remove and crack the chocolate coating with a spoon. INHALE!!
