Red Velvet Brownies | GFO

Another sweet treat made with granola butter, the ultimate healthy dessert spread. 🤗

Ingredients:

♥️ ½ cup Oat Haus Red Velvet Granola Butter (the better-for-you cookie butter)

♥️ ⅓ cup butter or coconut oil, melted 

♥️ ¼ cup coconut sugar

♥️ ¼ cup white granulated sugar

♥️ 1 egg, room temp

♥️ 1 tsp vanilla extract

♥️ 1 tbsp cocoa powder

♥️ ½ cup flour (all-purpose or GF 1:1)

♥️ ½ tsp baking powder

♥️ Pinch of salt

♥️ ⅓–½ cup chocolate chunks

Instructions:

♥️ Preheat your oven to 350°F and line your pan with parchment.

♥️ Whisk together the Red Velvet Granola Butter and melted butter until smooth and glossy.

♥️ Add both sugars and whisk again until fully combined.

♥️ Mix in the egg and vanilla.

♥️ Gently fold in the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt just until combined, do not over mix.

♥️ Fold in the chocolate chunks.

♥️ Spread batter evenly into the pan, add remaining chocolate on top, and lightly swirl extra granola butter if desired.

♥️ Bake for 18–23 minutes. The edges should be set, but the center should still look slightly soft.

♥️ Let cool completely before slicing. Garnish with powdered sugar when serving.
