Salted Caramel Yogurt Bars
The treat of the summer made easy with Salted Caramel Granola Butter (made in partnership with long-time Oat Haus fan, Kylie Kelce! 🧡

Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2–3 tbsp Salted Caramel Granola Butter (adjust to your preferred sweetness)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
- 3 tbsp Cookie Dough Granola (can omit but adds a good crunch!)

Melted dark chocolate, for dipping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, Salted Caramel Granola Butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and flaky sea salt until smooth.
- Fold in the Cookie Dough Granola.
- Divide the mixture evenly into 4 ice cream bar molds and insert the sticks.
- Freeze for about 1 hour, or until completely firm.
- Remove the bars from the molds and dip each one into melted dark chocolate.
- Let the chocolate set for a minute or two, then enjoy! Store any leftovers in the freezer.
