Salted Caramel Yogurt Bars

The treat of the summer made easy with Salted Caramel Granola Butter (made in partnership with long-time Oat Haus fan, Kylie Kelce! 🧡

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2–3 tbsp Salted Caramel Granola Butter (adjust to your preferred sweetness)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt
  • 3 tbsp Cookie Dough Granola (can omit but adds a good crunch!)
  • Melted dark chocolate, for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, Salted Caramel Granola Butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and flaky sea salt until smooth.
  2. Fold in the Cookie Dough Granola.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly into 4 ice cream bar molds and insert the sticks.
  4. Freeze for about 1 hour, or until completely firm.
  5. Remove the bars from the molds and dip each one into melted dark chocolate.
  6. Let the chocolate set for a minute or two, then enjoy! Store any leftovers in the freezer.
