Samoa Apples

Make it Girl Scout season all year round with this simple (and better-for-you) recipe! ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿช

Ingredients

  • 1 large Honeycrisp apple
  • 1/3 cup Vanilla granola butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes (toasting optional)
  • ~3-4 tbsp dark chocolate
  • Pinch flaky salt

Directions

  1. Slice the apple into thin wedges or rounds and remove the core from each piece by using a small lid.
  2. Combine the coconut flakes and granola butter to turn into a โ€œpasteโ€. Gently press the mixture into each apple round and place on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle each piece with melted chocolate.
  4. Finish with flaky salt and chill for 10 minutes before serving.
