SAVORY Granola Butter Noodles! (Gluten-Free, Nut-Free)

Weโ€™ve had lots of requests for savory ways to eat Granola Butter and this one is a MUST try. It might be our new favorite way to eat noods ๐Ÿคญ๐Ÿคญ

Here's what you'll need:

๐Ÿœ 2 servings rice noodles

๐Ÿœ 3 tbsp Original Granola Butter

๐Ÿœ 2 tbsp soy sauce

๐Ÿœ 2 tbsp rice vinegar

๐Ÿœ 1 tbsp sesame oil

๐Ÿœ 1 tbsp maple syrup

๐Ÿœ 1 tsp sriracha (adjust to taste)

๐Ÿœ 1 clove garlic, minced

๐Ÿœ 1 tsp fresh or powder ginger, grated

๐Ÿœ 2โ€“3 tbsp water (add gradually to adjust sauce consistency)

๐Ÿœ 1/2 cup edamame, steamedย 

๐Ÿœ Sesame seeds (for garnish)

๐Ÿœ Green onion, chopped (for garnish)

Here's what you'll do:

๐Ÿœ Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside.

๐Ÿœ In a small bowl, whisk together Original Granola Butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, maple syrup, sriracha, garlic, ginger, and water until smooth. Adjust water for desired sauce thickness.

๐Ÿœ Cook the edamame according to package instructions.ย 

๐Ÿœ In a large skillet over medium heat, add the cooked noodles and pour the sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly.

๐Ÿœ Stir in the cooked edamame and let everything heat through for 1โ€“2 minutes.

๐Ÿœ Transfer noodles to a plate or bowl. Top with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Enjoy!! ๐Ÿค
