Single Serve Chocolate Chip Cookies!! (Refined Sugar-Free, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free)

Here's what you'll need:
🍪 1 tbsp coconut sugar
🍪 1 tbsp coconut oil
🍪 1 tbsp Vanilla Protein Granola Butter® (could sub reg Vanilla)
🍪 ⅓ cup gluten-free flour (or sub for regular white flour)
🍪 ¼ tsp baking powder
🍪 Pinch of salt
🍪 Handful of chocolate chips
Here's what you'll do:
🍪 Preheat your oven to 350F and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
🍪 In a small bowl, combine the Vanilla Protein Granola Butter®, coconut sugar, and coconut oil. Add in the flour, baking powder, chocolate chips, and salt. Stir until combined.
🍪 Shape the cookie using your hands and place on the baking sheet. Top with more chocolate chips.
🍪 Bake for about 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
🍪 Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes or it will break. Enjoy as is or top with flaky sea salt!
