S'mores Banana Split ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿฆ (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free)

This bad boy is the ultimate nighttime snack & can be made in an air fryer or the oven :)

Here's what you'll need:

๐ŸŒ 1 banana

๐ŸŒ 2 tbsp Brownie Batter Granola Butterยฎ

๐ŸŒ Crushed graham crackers (can use GF)

๐ŸŒ 3 tbsp marshmallow fluff or handful of mini marshmallows (can use vegan)

๐ŸŒ Handful of dark chocolate chips (can use dairy-free)

Here's what you'll do:

๐Ÿซ Preheat your air fryer to 400F, or preheat the oven to 350F.

๐Ÿซ Slice a banana down the middle and slightly open it.

๐Ÿซ Spread the Brownie Batterย Granola Butterยฎ in the middle. Then, top with crushed graham crackers, marshmallow fluff or mini marshmallows, and a handful of dark chocolate chips.

๐Ÿซ Place on a piece of foil, and gently close the foil, making sure it isnโ€™t touching the top of the banana.

๐Ÿซ Air fry at 400F for ~5 minutes, or bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

๐Ÿซ Remove from the air fryer or oven, and top with more Brownie Batterย Granola Butterยฎ if desired. INHALE!
