S'mores Recipes
It's summer. It's s'mores season. Here are a few ways to spice up your s'mores game.
S'MORES:
Sweet Potato
The mash up we never knew we needed. 🍠🍫

Ingredients
- Whole sweet potato
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon Graham Granola Butter
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- Handful of chocolate chips
- Handful of mini marshmallows
Instructions:
- Bake the sweet potato at 400°F for 50–55 minutes, or until soft.
- Let it cool slightly, then slice it halfway open without cutting all the way through.
- Mash the inside with a fork, then add 1 tbsp Granola Butter, 1 tbsp Greek yogurt, and 1 tbsp almond flour.
- Mix it into the sweet potato, then top with chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Pop it back in the oven or air fryer for a few minutes until melty and toasted (or use a torch).
- Enjoy!

Brownie Batter Cheesecake
Move over, @any other cheesecake recipe. This one takes the cake.

For the crust:
- 1 box Simple Mills Chocolate Cookies (crushed into crumbs)
- Brownie Batter Granola Butter
- 16 oz (2 blocks) cream cheese (softened to room temp)
- ¼ cup Brownie Batter Granola Butter
- ¼ cup greek yogurt
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup crushed cookies
- 2 tbsp melted chocolate (for optional drizzle)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F.
- Crush the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a sealed bag and rolling pin.
- Mix the crumbs with Brownie Batter Granola Butter and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Add the mixture and evenly into the bottom of a 9x9 baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, then set aside to cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the Brownie Batter Granola Butter, yogurt, vanilla extract, and sugar. Mix until combined. Add in the eggs and mix just until combined. (Do not over mix).
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust and spread until smooth.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Let the cheesecake cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- To add the toppings, start by preheating your broiler. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers evenly over the cheesecake. Place under the broiler for 3-4 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and toasted.
- Drizzle with more chocolate once done!

Granola Butter S'mores
What Brownie Batter Granola Butter dreams are made of. 🤩🤤

Ingredients
- Graham crackers (we used GF)
- Brownie Batter Granola Butter
- Your favorite large marshmallows (can sub vegan)!
Instructions
- Just assemble, toast over the stove or a campfire, and enjoy!

Chocolate Bar
When your favorite part of S'mores is the chocolate. 😋

Ingredients
- 3-4 tbsp of Original Granola Butter
- Handful of mini marshmallows

About 1 cup chocolate chips (we used dark)
- Tiny splash of coconut oil
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil.
- Add the GB, chocolate, and marshmallows to the chocolate mold.
- Freeze for about an hour or until set.
- Store in the fridge or freezer!

Donuts
S'mores for breakfast. 🍩

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup cocoa cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp espresso grounds
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ cup buttermilk (or ½ cup milk + 1 ½ tsp vinegar)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
For the dark chocolate ganache:
- ½ cup milk
- ⅔ cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp Brownie Batter Granola Butter®
Other toppings:
- Crushed graham crackers
- Mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a donut pan with non-stick spray of choice and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, espresso powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate medium bowl, whisk the melted butter, buttermilk, vanilla, egg, and sugars together.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry, and whisk until smooth and there are no pockets of flour.
- Put the batter into a large ziploc bag or piping bag, and pipe the batter into each cavity in the prepared donut pans, filling each cavity about ⅔ full.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until when you poke your finger into the top of the donut, the donut bounces back. Cool for 2 minutes and then transfer to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
- To make the ganache, add the chocolate and heavy cream to a medium microwave-safe bowl, and microwave at 20-second intervals until the chocolate is melted and is smooth when whisked together. Then, add in the Brownie Batter Granola Butter® and mix until smooth (the mixture will thicken to a ganache texture).
- Once the donuts are completely cooled, dip each donut into the ganache and set on a cooling rack. Immediately sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and place a few mini marshmallows on top of each donut.
- Enjoy!!!

Banana Split

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp Brownie Batter Granola Butter®
- Crushed graham crackers (can use GF)
- 3 tbsp marshmallow fluff or handful of mini marshmallows (can use vegan)
- Handful of dark chocolate chips (can use dairy-free)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400F, or preheat the oven to 350F.
- Slice a banana down the middle and slightly open it.
- Spread the Brownie Batter Granola Butter® in the middle. Then, top with crushed graham crackers, marshmallow fluff or mini marshmallows, and a handful of dark chocolate chips.
- Place on a piece of foil, and gently close the foil, making sure it isn’t touching the top of the banana.
- Air fry at 400F for ~5 minutes, or bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the air fryer or oven, and top with more Brownie Batter Granola Butter® if desired.
- INHALE!

Calzones
For dessert, though. Yes, you heard us right. 🍫🍫🍫

Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup self-rising flour, plus more as needed (or 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour + 1 ½ tsp baking powder + ¼ tsp salt)
- 1 cup greek yogurt
For the filling:
- ¼ cup Brownie Batter Granola Butter®
- Mini marshmallows
- Dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
For the coating:
- ¼ cup melted butter
- Crushed graham crackers
- ½ cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the self-rising flour and greek yogurt until a dough forms.
- Lay the dough on a floured surface and shape into a round ball with your hands.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal-sized pieces.
- Flatten each piece of dough and place ~1 tbsp of the Brownie Batter GB on one half, leaving about a ½” border. Place a couple of mini marshmallows on top of the Granola Butter®. Then, sprinkle a couple of chocolate chips on top of the marshmallows.
- Fold the other half of the dough over the filling, and use your fingers to press and seal the edges (should make a half moon shape).
- Then, twist the edges so they have a ‘twisted’ border.
- Brush the tops of each calzone with melted butter, and then sprinkle with the crushed graham crackers.
- Spray the basket of the air fryer with non-stick cooking spray, or line with a piece of parchment paper.
- Air fry the calzones at 375F for 5 minutes on the first side, then flip and air fry for another 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and drizzle with melted chocolate.
- INHALE.

Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge
All you need to do to realize you HAVE to make these is look at the photo below. ⬇️

Ingredients
- 4 bars dark chocolate (I used Eating Evolved 72% Dark)
- 6T coconut oil
- 1c peanut butter
- 1 bag mini marshmallows
- Granola butter, to drizzle
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate with 3T of coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl (stirring every 15-20 seconds).
- Pour ALMOST ALL of the chocolate mixture into baking dish or tupperware that has been lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil (I spray mine with cooking spray for easy removal after freezing).
- *Save some chocolate mixture for final top layer (just need enough to thinly cover the top).
- Freeze for 30 minutes or until chocolate has hardened.
- Melt peanut butter and remaining 3T coconut oil in separate microwave-safe bowl.
- Remove chocolate layer from freezer and pour peanut butter layer over it. Put back in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Remove from freezer, and pour final chocolate mixture over top. Press mini marshmallows into chocolate while still warm. Freeze for 1 hour.
- Remove from freezer, cut into slices, top with Granola Butter, and DEVOUR.

TACOS

Ingredients
- 4 small tortillas (we used Siete’s almond flour)
- ¼ cup Vanilla Granola Butter
- 1 block HU dark chocolate bar
- Mini marshmallows
- Handful of crushed graham crackers
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar mixed with 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Cut out mini tortillas using a lid and brush with the coconut oil and sugar. Place them on the bottom side of a muffin pan in between the crevices and bake at 375 F. for 4-5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and place mini marshmallows on the bottom, then granola butter, and top with chunks of dark chocolate. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Once ready, remove from the oven and let them cool. Top with crushed graham crackers and enjoy!
