S'Mores Sweet Potato

The mash up we never knew we needed. 🍠🍫

Ingredients

  • Whole sweet potato 
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon Graham Granola Butter
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp almond flour 
  • Handful of chocolate chips 
  • Handful of mini marshmallows 

Instructions: 

  1. Bake the sweet potato at 400°F for 50–55 minutes, or until soft.
  2. Let it cool slightly, then slice it halfway open without cutting all the way through.
  3. Mash the inside with a fork, then add 1 tbsp granola butter, 1 tbsp Greek yogurt, and 1 tbsp almond flour.
  4. Mix it into the sweet potato, then top with chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  5. Pop it back in the oven or air fryer for a few minutes until melty and toasted (or use a torch).
  6. Enjoy!
