Snickerdoodle Banana Bread

A holiday twist on a classic dish! 

Ingredients:

🤎 2 ripe bananas, mashed

🤎 1/3 cup Oat Haus Snickerdoodle Granola Butter

🤎 1/4 cup maple syrup

🤎 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or butter

🤎 1 tsp vanilla extract

🤎 1 cup flour (all-purpose or GF 1:1)

🤎 1 tsp baking powder

🤎 1/2 tsp baking soda

🤎 1 tsp cinnamon

🤎 Pinch of salt

✨Snickerdoodle Swirl + Top✨

🤎 2–3 tbsp Oat Haus Snickerdoodle Granola Butter

🤎 Sprinkle of cinnamon + granulated sugar

Instructions:

🍌 Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 baking pan.

🍌 In a bowl, whisk mashed bananas, granola butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla.

🍌 Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix gently until just combined.

🍌 Spread batter into the pan.

🍌 Swirl extra granola butter on top. 

🍌 Sprinkle with cinnamon + coconut sugar for that snickerdoodle crust.

🍌 Bake 20–25 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.

🍌 Let cool completely before slicing.

🍌 Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or the freezer for up to 3 months!
