Spiced Caramel Apple Puff Galette (Nut-Free)

Pair this with some hot spiced cider and you're in business, babyย ๐Ÿ˜
Here's what you'll need:
๐ŸŽ 4 apples, thinly sliced
๐ŸŽ ยผ cup brown sugar
๐ŸŽ 1 ยฝ tbsp flour
๐ŸŽ ยฝ tsp cinnamon
๐ŸŽ ยฝ tsp vanilla extract
๐ŸŽ Pinch of salt
๐ŸŽ 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed according to instructions
๐ŸŽ ยผ cup caramel sauce
๐ŸŽ 2 tbsp cream
๐ŸŽ 1 egg, beaten, for egg wash
Here's what you'll do:
๐ŸŽ Preheat the oven to 350F. Line an oven proof dish or skillet with parchment paper; set aside.
๐ŸŽ Place the apples in a medium bowl. Add the flour, brown sugar, Original Granola Butterยฎ, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt. Toss to cover the apples.
๐ŸŽ Place the thawed puff pastry into the prepared dish or skillet.
๐ŸŽ Pile the apple onto the puff pastry.
๐ŸŽ Mix together the caramel sauce and cream, and then drizzle half of the mixture over the apples.
๐ŸŽ Fold the corners of the pastry in, and then brush with the beaten egg.
๐ŸŽ Place in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the apples are cooked and the pastry is golden brown.
๐ŸŽ Remove from the oven, and top with powdered sugar or ice cream if desired!!
