Strawberry Bark | Gluten-Free, Vegan, Nut-Free Dessert

Instructions

  1. Wash your strawberries and pat them dry, and then thinly slice them.
  2. Line a board with parchment paper and arrange the strawberries so they form a single layer.
  3. Pour Cookie Dough Granola Butter on top of the strawberries and gently distribute it evenly on top of the strawberries.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil using the stovetop or microwave.
  5. Pour the chocolate on top of the granola butter and spread evenly.
  6. Top with coconut flakes and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Once frozen, cut into individual pieces!
