Strawberry Bark | Gluten-Free, Vegan, Nut-Free Dessert

Ingredients
Measure with your heart:
- Thinly sliced strawberries
- Oat Haus Cookie Dough Granola Butter
- Dark chocolate chips
- Coconut oil
- Coconut flakes
Instructions
- Wash your strawberries and pat them dry, and then thinly slice them.
- Line a board with parchment paper and arrange the strawberries so they form a single layer.
- Pour Cookie Dough Granola Butter on top of the strawberries and gently distribute it evenly on top of the strawberries.
- Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil using the stovetop or microwave.
- Pour the chocolate on top of the granola butter and spread evenly.
- Top with coconut flakes and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
- Once frozen, cut into individual pieces!
