Stuffed Brie 🤤
This is your sign to try a savory dish with Granola Butter! Plus, it makes the perfect Thanksgiving appetizer 🤤
Here's what you'll need:
🧡 1 wheel of Brie cheese
🧡 1 sheet of puff pastry, a bit thawed
🧡 3 tbsp Cookie Dough Granola Butter
🧡 ¼ cup chopped raw walnuts or pecans
🧡 1 egg, beaten
🧡 Sesame seeds for garnish
Here's what you'll do:
🧡 Preheat your oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
🧡 Carefully unroll your puff pastry sheet and place on parchment paper if it doesn't already come rolled into one.
🧡 Cut the brie in half lengthwise and place half in the center of the dough. Add Cookie Dough Granola Butter in the center of the brie and spread with a spoon. Sprinkle with the crushed nuts and then place the other half of the brie on top.
🧡 Fold up the puff pastry over the brie, tucking in the edges to fully cover.
🧡 Brush the top and sides with the egg to have a golden finish. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
🧡 Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden.
🧡 Once ready, let it cool for 5 minutes before diving in!
🧡 Eat as is or serve with fruit jelly, crackers, apple slices, etc!
