Sugar Cookie Bars (Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Nut-Free)
Okay, oneeee last Sugar Cookie recipe for the season because we're still not over this flavorย ๐ญ

Here's what you'll need:
โจ ยผ cup dairy free butter, softened
โจ ยผ cup Sugar Cookie Granola Butterยฎ
โจ 4oz dairy free cream cheese
โจ 1 tbsp vanilla extract
โจ โ tsp almond extract
โจ 1 egg
โจ 1 ยฝ cups gluten-free all purpose flour
โจ ยฝ tsp baking powder
โจ ยผ tsp salt
For the vanilla frosting:
โจ 6 tbsp dairy free butter
โจ 1 ยฝ cups powdered sugar
โจ 1 ยฝ tbsp almond milk
โจ ยฝ tsp vanilla
โจ Optional: sprinkles, for topping

Here's what you'll do:
โจย Preheat your oven to 350F. Line a 9x9โ baking pan with parchment paper; set aside.
โจย In a large bowl, beat together the softened butter, Sugar Cookieย Granola Butterยฎ, and sugar until creamy. Add in the cream cheese, vanilla and almond extracts, and beat together until the mixture is smooth. Then, add in the egg and gently whisk it in.
โจย Add in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until the batter is thick and smooth.
โจย Add the batter to your pan, and spread it out into a thin, even layer.
โจย Bake for 20-23 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Let cool completely.
โจย While cooling, make the vanilla frosting. In a mixing bowl, beat together the butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
โจย Once the bars are completely cooled, spread the frosting across the top of the bars. Top with sprinkles & moreย Sugar Cookieย Granola Butterยฎ if desired. INHALE!
