White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Truffles (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free)

Truffles but make them healthy 😍 These babies are perfect for breakfast, a pre-workout snack, or your Thanksgiving dessert table 🧡

Here's what you'll need:

🎃 ½ cup Pumpkin Spice Granola Butter®

🎃 ¼ cup pumpkin puree

🎃 3 tbsp maple syrup

🎃 1 tsp vanilla extract

🎃 ¼ cup coconut flour

🎃 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice

🎃 ¼ tsp salt

🎃 ½ cup white chocolate chips, melted (vegan or non)


Here's what you'll do:

🎃 In a large bowl, mix together the Pumpkin Spice Granola Butter®, pumpkin puree, maple extract, and vanilla.

🎃 Add in the flour, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Mix until combined.

🎃 Place the dough in the fridge for 10 minutes.

🎃 While the dough is in the fridge, melt the white chocolate for drizzling.

🎃 Take the dough out of the fridge, scoop, and roll into balls. Drizzle the white chocolate on top of the balls.

🎃 Place in the fridge or freezer to harden. Store in either!
