White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Truffles (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free)

Here's what you'll need:

๐ŸŽƒ ยฝ cup Pumpkin Spice Granola Butterยฎ

๐ŸŽƒ ยผ cup pumpkin puree

๐ŸŽƒ 3 tbsp maple syrup

๐ŸŽƒ 1 tsp vanilla extract

๐ŸŽƒ ยผ cup coconut flour

๐ŸŽƒ 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice

๐ŸŽƒ ยผ tsp salt

๐ŸŽƒ ยฝ cup white chocolate chips, melted (vegan or non)

Here's what you'll do:

๐ŸŽƒ In a large bowl, mix together the Pumpkin Spice Granola Butterยฎ, pumpkin puree, maple extract, and vanilla.

๐ŸŽƒ Add in the flour, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Mix until combined.

๐ŸŽƒ Place the dough in the fridge for 10 minutes.

๐ŸŽƒ While the dough is in the fridge, melt the white chocolate for drizzling.

๐ŸŽƒ Take the dough out of the fridge, scoop, and roll into balls. Drizzle the white chocolate on top of the balls.

๐ŸŽƒ Place in the fridge or freezer to harden. Store in either!
