Wild Berry "Cheesecake" Dip (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Refined Sugar-Free)

The perfect treat to bring to a summertime bbq or park picnic!!! Made with our brand new Wild BerryĀ Granola ButterĀ®, this dip is completely vegan & *berry* delicious šŸ¤¤

Here's what you'll need:

šŸ« 1 cup raw cashews (soaked in boiling hot water for 20 minutes or more)

šŸ« 2-3 tbsp Wild BerryĀ Granola ButterĀ®

šŸ« 1/2 cup coconut yogurt - add more if needed

šŸ« 2 tbsp date or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

šŸ« 1/2 lemon (just the juice)

Here's what you'll do:

šŸ«Ā Place the raw cashews in a bowl and cover them with boiling hot water. Let them soak for at least 20 minutes. This will soften the cashews, making them easier to blend into a smooth dip.

šŸ«Ā Add the coconut cream, date or maple syrup, and a squeeze of lemon juice to the blender.

šŸ«Ā Blend the mixture on high speed until it becomes smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more coconut cream to reach your desired consistency.

šŸ«Ā Add the Wild BerryĀ Granola ButterĀ® to the blended mixture.

šŸ«Ā Transfer the cheesecake dip to a serving bowl. Serve with fruit, graham crackers,Ā pretzels, etc!
